Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Charlotte, Michigan. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care, including in-house specialty services such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, with benefits like health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and 401K. Eligible for continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network and internal CE events.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Review and maintain dental records and X‑rays.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
