Altius Dental in Alamogordo, New Mexico, is seeking a compassionate General Dentist to join our PPO practice. The role offers clinical autonomy, strong earning potential, and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

We provide a competitive monthly guarantee, plus 30–32% of adjusted production, and benefits including CE support and malpractice insurance. New graduates are encouraged to apply and mentorship is available.

Formación

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active New Mexico dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current professional liability insurance.
• DEA license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions.
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including examinations, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, dentures, and other restorative procedures.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
• Educate patients regarding their oral health and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with hygienists, dental assistants, and office leadership.
• Follow all applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver an excellent patient experience while maintaining high-quality care.
