Job summary

i4 Dental Lab in Massachusetts is seeking an Associate General Dentist with full clinical autonomy and high earning potential. We are expanding our patient base and provide state-of-the-art operatory setups and a steady flow of new patients, with room to design your own treatment plans.

You will perform restorative work, extractions, endodontics, crowns and bridges, and removable prosthetics, lead clinical staff, and document notes in Dentrix or Eaglesoft.

Qualifications

• Valid DDS/DMD license for Massachusetts.
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred; New grads welcome.
• Proficiency across general dentistry disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical dental care including restorative, extractions, endodontics, crown & bridge, and removable prosthetics.
• Communicate treatment options clearly and build trust with a diverse patient demographic.
• Lead and direct clinical support staff during patient procedures to maximize operatory efficiency.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical notes using standard practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
