Job summary

I4Dentallab is seeking an Associate General Dentist to join a busy, established practice with full clinical autonomy. The role offers a steady patient flow, including 50 new patients per month, and a fully digital operatory setup with modern materials and imaging.

This position features growth opportunities toward equity or partnership, along with the freedom to design your treatment plans without corporate quotas.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD license required.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills welcome.
• Proficiency across general dentistry disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical dental care including restorative, extractions, endodontics, crown & bridge, and removable prosthetics.
• Communicate treatment options clearly and build trust with a diverse patient demographic.
• Lead and direct clinical support staff during patient procedures to maximize operatory efficiency.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical notes using standard practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
