Responsibilities include comprehensive restorative care, extractions, endodontics, crowns, removable prosthetics, and leading support staff. Massachusetts license required; 1 year of experience preferred, strong skills across general dentistry.

Qualifications

• Valid DDS/DMD license for Massachusetts.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical skills welcome).
• Proficiency across general dentistry disciplines.

• Provide comprehensive clinical dental care including restorative, extractions, endodontics, crown & bridge, and removable prosthetics.
• Communicate treatment options clearly and build trust with a diverse patient demographic.
• Lead and direct clinical support staff during patient procedures to maximize operatory efficiency.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical notes using standard practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft).

Are you a motivated General Dentist looking for a practice with a steady stream of new patients and state-of-the-art operatory setups? We are expanding our patient volume and seeking an experienced or ambitious Associate Dentist to step into a busy, established patient base.
