Passion Dental in Leominster, MA, is seeking a General Dentist to join our established practice with strong clinical support and a steady patient flow across two busy locations.

The role offers full clinical autonomy with operational support, a structured compensation plan (base plus 35% adjusted production), and the potential for growth in a multi-location setting. H1B/Green Card sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and case presentation abilities.
• Team-oriented with focus on patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform bread-and-butter dentistry including restoratives, crowns and bridges.
• Present cases and communicate treatment plans effectively.
• Collaborate with a supported, multi-location network and refer complex cases as needed.
