Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Full-time General Dentist in Charlotte, MI. The role covers the full patient experience from exam to treatment plan, with in-office specialty support including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position offers a daily guarantee or a percentage of collections up to 36%, with competitive benefits and opportunities to grow through CE events and Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients and uphold ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education and professional development
