Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Charlotte, MI to lead the patient experience from examination to delivery of care, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a daily guarantee or a 36% collections-based compensation, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for CE through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics.
