Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification for patient safety and emergency readiness.
• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health options and treatments.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain accurate medical and dental records and radiographs.
