Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance; CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment options and risks.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care, and select appropriate specialties as needed.
