42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-house specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. Annual earnings range from $180,000 to $250,000 USD, with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000. The team emphasizes collaboration and high standards for patient care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality of care and ethical standards.
• Stay current with new developments and best practices.
