Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree required or equivalent.
• Active state dental license required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• HBV vaccination confirmed.
• BLS/CPR certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Perform surgical and restorative procedures as prescribed.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
