Job summary

Dental365 West Islip is seeking a dentist to lead clinical diagnosis and tailor treatment plans while delivering exceptional patient care in a modern, state-of-the-art practice.

You will collaborate with Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize operations, participate in ongoing education, and contribute to a welcoming, patient-centered experience for families in West Islip and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

  • Must have a DMD or DDS degree and an active state license in good standing.
  • 1–2 years of clinical experience post-residency preferred; new grads considered for select roles.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient care and collaborative practice.

HIRING SCHEDULE
  • Tuesday: 10:00am-6:00pm
  • Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Thursday: 10:00am-7:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am-3:00pm
  • Flexible to swap a weekday off with Mondays. At minimum need to be available for every other Saturday, however, candidates with availability for every will be prioritized.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Clinical Leadership: Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice.
  • Patient-Centric Approach: Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing.
  • At least 1-2 years of Clinical Experience post-residency, preferred. Select positions open to new grads!
  • Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
  • Keen interest in further training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

New York Salary Range: $150,000/year - $500,000/year
