DCS Clinical in West Islip, NY is seeking a General Dentist to join a modern, well-established practice. You’ll inherit an existing patient base after relocation of a long-standing provider and work alongside an experienced clinical team in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

The schedule is full-time with a consistent weekly routine and some flexibility; the office uses panoramic imaging and iTero digital scanning, with 8 operatories and a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active New York dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Experience preferred, but confident new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care.
• Diagnose and present individualized treatment plans focused on long-term oral health.
• Utilize advanced digital technology, including panoramic imaging and iTero scanning, to enhance diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and support staff to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.

We offer a consistent full-time schedule with some flexibility to accommodate the right candidate.

Preferred Schedule

• Monday: 10:00 AM — 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM — 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM — 7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM — 3:00 PM

Flexible Scheduling Available

• Every other Saturday will be considered.
• Candidates seeking a five-day schedule may have the option to work Tuesday through Saturday.
