Job summary

Dental365 Centereach is seeking a passionate dentist to join a growing, patient‑centered practice. You’ll lead clinical diagnosis, tailor treatment plans, and collaborate with Talent, Finance, HR and IT to optimize daily operations across our Centereach and Shoreham locations.

We offer competitive compensation based on adjusted production, full malpractice coverage for full‑time providers, in‑house CE programs, flexible health and vision plans, a 401(k) with matching and substantial in‑house

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited university with an active state license in good standing.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience post-residency preferred; new grads considered for select positions.
• Strong commitment to patient care and ethical standards.

HIRING SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 10:00am-6:00pm (Centereach)
• Tuesday: 9:00am-6:00pm (Shoreham)
• Wednesday: 9:00am-6:00pm (Centereach)
• Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm (Shoreham)
• every other Saturday: 8:00am-2:00pm (Centereach)

*Flexible to full-time or part-time availability

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clinical Leadership: Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.
• Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice.
• Patient-Centric Approach: Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing.
• At least 1-2 years of Clinical Experience post-residency, preferred. Select positions open to new grads!
• Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
• Keen interest in further training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Motivated by both financial success and the continuous growth of the practice.

New York Salary Range: $150,000 - $500,000 annually
