Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to promote long-term oral health.
  • Lead your team, including dental assistants and hygienists, to ensure smooth patient care and treatment coordination.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and procedures.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through seminars and ongoing education.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
  • Active state dental license (or in the process of obtaining).
Compensation

$200,000 - $250,000
