Job summary

East Valley Community Health Center in Pomona, CA seeks a licensed dentist (DDS/DMD) to provide direct dental services to a diverse patient population within our FQHC network.

You will follow EVCHC protocols, supervise clinical staff as required, participate in program development with the Dental Director, and help maintain quality assurance and cost-efficiency in the dental practice while upholding patient-centered care standards.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish desired but not required.
• Computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheet programs.

Responsibilities

• Follows established industry guidelines.
• Supervises clinical auxiliaries as required by law.

• Participates in provider meetings and activities.
• Participates in other activities as required by the Dental Director.

Founded in 1970, East Valley Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) who's services include providing personalized, affordable, high-quality medical, dental, vision and behavioral health care through a community-based network within the East San Gabriel Valley and Pomona Communities. Our staff practices patient-centered care by serving each patient with a personalized care plan that meets their individual needs. Our patients have access to support services that include, nutrition, health education, case management, pharmacy, lab, and x-ray at our health center locations. East Valley serves the health care needs of uninsured and underserved individuals and families throughout our 8 health center locations.

DOE:$150,000 - $167,107
