Job summary

Nevada Dental Benefits is seeking a General Dentist to join our Craig dental center in Las Vegas, NV. This is a full-time opportunity with a supportive, patient-centered team and strong clinical and operational backing.

You will provide comprehensive dental services within the Nevada license scope, including exams, diagnoses, treatment planning, preventive and emergency care, and extractions as needed, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and patient care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current and unrestricted Nevada dental license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current DEA registration, as applicable.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative dental team.
• General dentistry experience preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete required credentialing and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, periodic, limited, and emergency dental examinations.
• Diagnose dental and oral conditions.
• Review and interpret radiographs and diagnostic findings.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans and recommendations.
• Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care.
• Perform extractions and other general dentistry procedures within the provider's training and scope of practice.
• Administer local anesthesia.
• Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate and legally authorized.
• Accurately document diagnoses, treatment, clinical findings, and patient communications.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care when specialty treatment is needed.
• Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and practice leadership.
• Maintain appropriate infection prevention, patient safety, documentation, and regulatory standards.

Position Summary

Nevada Dental Benefits is seeking a General Dentist to join our team at our Craig dental center in Las Vegas.

This is a great opportunity for a dentist who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with strong clinical and operational support. Our providers are able to focus on delivering high-quality dental care without the sales pressure often associated with traditional dental practices.

Responsibilities

The General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental services within the scope of their Nevada license, including:
