Position Overview :

The Dentist will diagnose, treat, and provide comprehensive oral health care to patients of all ages. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. You will work alongside a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine dental examinations and provide treatment plans for patients.
  • Diagnose oral diseases and conditions using tools such as X-rays and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Administer cosmetic and restorative treatments, including, but not limited to fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and root canal therapy.
  • Conduct extractions and minor surgical procedures as needed.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive dental care, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice policies.
  • Stay current with advances in dental techniques, technologies, and industry developments.

Qualifications :

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • CPR / BLS certification.
  • Minimum [Insert Experience Requirement, e.g., 2 years] experience as a practicing dentist (preferred, but not required for new graduates).
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
