Responsibilities

• Follow all relevant laws and regulations in dentistry.
• Partner with specialists to provide optimal dental care.
• Assist in training and developing dental assistants.
• Assist in the training and development of dental assistants, and help in improving quality and efficiency of the Practice operations.
• Provide Executive Management team and Practice Manager with any support they may need in communicating requirements to the Practices team, including mentoring and training team members in order to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Strive for the highest standards of care, professionalism, and respect with each patient at each visit in order to ensure positive patient experiences

Job description

Our Associate General Dentist are responsible for evaluating and treating primary and secondary teeth with dental procedures tailored to benefit their patients’ long term oral health. They also make use of a multitude of behavioral techniques in a respectful and empathetic manner, to create warm experience for both child and guardian. Our Associate will ensure the practice’s clinical standards are met by providing high quality dental care in an efficient manner. The perfect candidate will be comfortable traveling to our Mesquite and Terrell offices. comfortable treating children patients is also ideal.
