Our staffing firm is partnering with an established dental practice around Preston @ i635with an excellent reputation in the community. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join the team as a permanent member. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care in a supportive, patient-focused environment with an established patient base.
Employment Type: Permanent/Full-time Schedule: Typical Practice Hours Location: North Dallas
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures
Perform routine examinations, diagnose oral diseases, and develop treatment plans
Conduct fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canal therapy
Place and restore dental implants
Perform cosmetic procedures including teeth whitening and veneers
Diagnose and treat periodontal conditions
Interpret diagnostic imaging including X-rays and digital scans
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Stay current with continuing education and advances in dental technology and techniques
Build and maintain positive patient relationships focused on trust and quality care
Education & Licensure:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in good standing in at least one U.S. state (Texas licensure not required at time of application but must be obtained prior to start date)
Current DEA registration
Minimum of 2 years of clinical general dentistry experience, OR
Recent dental school graduate with strong clinical skills
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities
Ability to explain complex dental procedures in patient-friendly terms
Commitment to providing ethical, patient-centered care
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work collaboratively with dental team members
Proficiency with dental technology including digital radiography and practice management software
