Job Summary

Full-Time or Part-Time Associate Dentist needed to work at a dental office in Denton, Texas.

Join a great & efficient supporting team. All staff members are highly trained, friendly, and efficient. Compensation includes a minimum guarantee or 30% of adjusted production (whichever is higher). Flexible days and hours. The patient pool includes both kids and adults, with 30-40% Medicaid patients.

$150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

1. Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable.
2. Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have.
3. Take vital signs and accurately record medical history.
4. Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures.
5. Assist the dentist during procedures and exams.
6. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies.
7. Schedule appointments.

Qualifications

1. Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
2. Current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certificate or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure by the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB).
3. Previous experience as a dental assistant.
4. Strong computer and data entry skills.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Ability to provide high-quality patient care.
