Our well-respected and patient-focused dental practice in Killeen is looking for a motivated and caring General Dentist to join our exceptional team. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment, and we're searching for an individual who shares our passion for patient well-being and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

As a General Dentist at our practice, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough dental examinations and developing tailored treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs.
• Providing a comprehensive range of general dentistry services, including but not limited to:
• Preventative dentistry (prophylaxis, fluoride applications, sealants)
• Restorative procedures (composite and amalgam fillings, crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays)
• Endodontic therapy (root canals)
• Oral surgery (simple and surgical extractions)
• Prosthodontics (dentures and partials)
• Cosmetic procedures (veneers, teeth whitening)
• Educating patients on the importance of oral hygiene and explaining treatment options clearly and effectively.
• Maintaining meticulous and accurate patient records.
• Adhering to strict infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Collaborating effectively with our skilled dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative team to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care.
• Committing to ongoing professional development through continuing education courses.
• Contributing to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current and valid Texas dental license in good standing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a broad range of general dentistry procedures.
• A strong commitment to providing patient-centered care with empathy and compassion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
