Smile Brands Inc. Green Valley practice is seeking a General Dentist to join a busy, established team just south of Tucson.

You’ll enter a practice with strong patient demand, experienced staff, and the clinical freedom to provide care you believe is best for patients. This opportunity offers a competitive compensation package up to $350,000 per year with a daily guarantee or production-based earnings, plus a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits, including

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
