Gentle Dental, part of the InterDent family, is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our Surprise, AZ practice. We offer an established patient base, supportive clinical and operational teams, and autonomy to provide patient-centered care.

This role features a predominantly PPO patient base, competitive percentage-of-production compensation, in-house specialists, comprehensive benefits, and relocation/license reimbursement for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Arizona dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Current CPR, DEA, and NPI credentials.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and treatment-planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry in a PPO-based practice.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists and supportive teams.
• Maintain high-quality, patient-centered care.
