Job description

We are currently seeking a Dentist at our location in Floodwood, MN, to provide quality care in our communities. This position will be part of a general dental practice, offering comprehensive care for patients of all ages based on their comfort level and expertise. The Family Dentist will collaborate with regional dental specialists for patient referrals. Our clinic emphasizes quality-focused schedules and patient appointments, creating a rewarding practice environment. We are accepting applications for full-time, part-time, and casual positions.

VisDental is our fully implemented Electronic Dental Record (EDR), which communicates with our medical clinics to inform you of patients’ relevant medical conditions and prescriptions. All necessary dental and EDR training will be personalized to your needs.

Schedule:
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday – Thursday, 8 am – 5:30 pm
  • 36 hours of patient care, 4 hours of administrative time
  • Flexible schedule for part-time and casual positions
  • Autonomy over schedule with flexibility for adjustments
  • Average of 12-16 scheduled patients per day, plus hygiene exams
  • Schedule flexibility based on experience
*Full-time Benefits Package:
  • Potential Student Loan Repayment options, including:
    • National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment: up to $50,000 in two years
    • MN Dentist Loan Forgiveness: $41,000 annually for 3 years, plus additional for the 4th year

Minimum Qualifications:
