Adventure Dental in Essex, MD is seeking a General Dentist to provide preventive and restorative dental care for children, and to educate caregivers about oral health. This role reports to the Vice President of Clinical Services and partners with local practices to expand pediatric services.

The ideal candidate holds a state dental license in good standing, is passionate about pediatric care, and can coordinate with Medicaid and NPI enrollment. Competitive compensation with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state dental license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain Medicaid Provider number and NPI.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interest in pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and service for our patients by responding promptly to patient, caregiver, and team needs.
• Examine patients, diagnose diseases, and perform all necessary procedures.
• Educate caregivers and patients regarding all aspects of treatment and stay informed on latest dental techniques.
• Partner with neighboring practices to inform referring providers of the services provided.
• Help kids and caregivers develop excellent habits in oral health.
• Promote the company and attract new patients within the community.
• Participate in team activities and communications such as morning huddles and meetings.
• Support other duties that align with our mission to serve underserved children.

Adventure Dental in Essex, MD, is currently seeking a General Dentist to provide preventive and restorative dental care for children, instructing staff on how to assist in patient treatment and educating caregivers and patients regarding preventive practices. This position will report to the Vice President of Clinical Services.

Pay range: $800-$1000/day

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and service for our patients by responding promptly to patient, caregiver, and team needs
• Examine patients, diagnose diseases, and effectively treat and perform all necessary procedures
• Educate caregivers and patients regarding all aspects of treatment and stay informed on latest dental treatment techniques
• Partner with neighboring practices to inform and educate referring providers of the services provided
• Help kids and their caregivers to develop excellent habits in oral health
• Support efforts to promote thecompanyand attract new patients within the community
• Participate in team activities and communication such as morning huddle, provider meetings, company events and email communications
• Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

Job Qualifications
