Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in Indiana
• Clinical knowledge for comprehensive dentistry, diagnosis, and treatment
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data safeguards, with access to minimal PHI as necessary

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Availability for periodic training sessions
• TB test required prior to employment, except in FL & TN
