United Dental Partners is seeking a full-time General Dentist to see adults and kids at our practice, located in Rockford, IL. The opportunity includes generous base salary,substantialsign-on bonus, bi-annual bonuses and adjusted production bonuses. The practice is a PPO/Fee for Service/Medicaid practice.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
• Valid IL state dental license
