Job summary

i4 Dental Lab seeks a General Dentist to join our private practice in Brockton, MA. The role offers competitive pay with a guaranteed base during a ramp-up period and a high percentage of collections/production, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide comprehensive dental care, educate patients on prevention, and work with a supportive team to ensure high-quality outcomes in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license in good standing (or eligible for licensure).
• DEA certificate and BLS/CPR certification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and routine dental procedures (restorative, endo, oral surgery, prosthetics).
• Educate patients on long-term oral health, preventive care, and proposed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
