Tooth & Tox, a modern dental and facial aesthetics boutique in Acworth, GA, seeks a Registered Dental Hygienist. The role offers a competitive hourly rate ($46–$50) with performance-based incentives in a doctor-led, patient‑centered practice.

Shifts are Mon–Tue 8:00–4:00 with no weekend work and opportunities to grow with an expanding team. You will perform preventive and periodontal hygiene, radiographs, and patient education, while delivering exceptional care using advanced technology like

Qualifications

Licensed dental hygienist with current state license.
Current CPR/BLS and X-ray/Radiography certifications.
Familiar with iTero digital scanning.
Experience in general dentistry.

Responsibilities

Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene services.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations.
Take diagnostic radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Support comprehensive patient care alongside the doctor and build long-term patient relationships.
Deliver an outstanding patient experience at every visit.

Join Tooth & Tox as a Registered Dental Hygienist earning $46–50/hr in a modern boutique practice.

Practice Overview

Tooth & Tox is a modern dental and facial aesthetics boutique in Acworth, GA, built on exceptional patient care, advanced technology, and an elevated patient experience. As a doctor-led private practice, we offer a collaborative team environment where you can build meaningful relationships with patients in a relationship-centered practice. We utilize state-of-the-art tools including iTero digital scanning and CBCT imaging to deliver outstanding care.

Role and Growth

We are seeking a dynamic, growth-minded Registered Dental Hygienist to help shape and grow our hygiene department from the ground up. This role is perfect for an ambitious professional who enjoys creating genuine connections, embraces innovation, and takes initiative. Whether you are an experienced hygienist or an ambitious new graduate, you will have the opportunity to earn $46–50/hr plus performance-based incentives while growing professionally alongside our expanding practice.

Pay

$46 - $50 per hour

Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy.

Shift & Schedule

No weekend shifts
Work Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays 8 AM - 4 PM
Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.

Requirements

License & Certification: Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist, X-ray / Radiography Certification, Infection Control License
Software Experience: iTero
Clinical Experience: General Dentistry
Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental hygienist with 1+ years of practice
