Collier Hills Dental in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Full Time Dental Hygienist to join a patient-centered practice focused on quality care. The role offers a competitive benefits package and 7:45am–5:00pm schedule with additional small shifts.

New grads welcome to apply; experienced RDHs encouraged to apply. Expect 100% clinical autonomy in a supportive team environment with strong operational backing.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Dental Hygienist license.
• Strong communication and a patient-centered approach.
• Current BLS/CPR certifications.
• Annual OSHA, HIPAA and infection control training.
• Minimum 1 year RDH experience; new grads welcome.
• Knowledgeable about perio health and patient education.
• Experience with dental practice software.
• Team player with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients to ensure a positive experience.
• Screen patients and provide quality care during check-ups.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques.
• Review patient history and charting.
• Administer prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing.
• Document areas of existing restorations.
• Use of X-ray.
• Support the dentist with procedures as needed.

with 1 hour lunches on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
