Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a Senior Counsel to serve as the dedicated legal partner for the Windows & Doors business unit. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and offers strategic counsel across product development, manufacturing, and sales, ensuring compliant growth while mitigating risk.

You will lead contract negotiations, manage external counsel and budgets, and support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and IP matters within a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Serve as the primary legal counsel for the Windows & Doors BU.
• Provide strategic legal guidance across product development, manufacturing, sales and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including supply, distribution, manufacturing, and licensing deals.
• Manage customer and vendor contract portfolios and support deal negotiation.
• Advise on pricing strategies and commercial risk management.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and training programs on ethics, antitrust, and contract management.
• Support real estate, supply chain issues, and outside counsel relationships.
