Qualifications

• Education and experience must include a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, and 5.5 years of active legal practice.
• Must be an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association in Good Standing.
• Experience providing timely and constructive legal counseling to government clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform, draft, and provide legal analysis and strategic counsel.
• Handle legislative rulemaking, agency policies, RSA 91-A requests, contracts, and employment law.
• Assist with litigation matters involving the Commission and represent the Commission in personnel and board of claims proceedings.
