Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced General Counsel with strong technology transactions experience to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

This contract role is remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional, with collaboration across research and product teams to shape AI workflows and ensure compliant, effective contracts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
