Job summary

Willow, based in Seattle, WA, seeks a General Counsel & Chief Commercial Officer to lead the full legal and commercial function across all jurisdictions. The role focuses on enterprise SaaS negotiations with large buyers, pricing strategy, partnerships, and deal governance.

Remote-eligible with West Coast preference, the role requires a law degree and 7+ years of commercial legal experience, with strong AI tooling fluency and strategic business insight to scale a growing AI-driven platform for

Qualifications

A law degree is required and real commercial legal experience is essential.
7+ years across commercial contracting and in-house legal or law firm practice with focus on commercial work.
Experience owning enterprise SaaS negotiations with large buyers (public sector, higher education, healthcare, or real estate) is valuable.

Responsibilities

Lead the negotiation of our largest US customer agreements from redline to signature.
Own the SaaS Agreement, Order Form, and contract suite; keep them current and defensible.
Structure partnerships, pricing strategies, and GTM motions to drive pipeline and revenue.
