Job summary

You will report to the CEO and serve as a trusted legal advisor across the Americas, handling commercial transactions, employment matters, IP, data privacy, governance, and compliance while enabling AI-enabled workflows.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a JD, active bar admission, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• JD with active bar in good standing.
• Experience negotiating SaaS, licensing, and tech contracts.
• Experience advising on employment and HR matters.
• AI-forward with ability to leverage AI tools in legal workflows.
