We are seeking a hands-on, strategic In-House Counsel to own the company’s U.S. legal function while collaborating closely with international teams. This role combines public-company legal matters, corporate governance, securities and SEC compliance, commercial contracts, and broader legal and regulatory matters.
This role requires significant experience working within a publicly traded company, including hands-on experience with SEC reporting, securities compliance, public disclosures, and Board governance. You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, Board, and executive leadership team, providing practical, business-oriented legal advice and helping the company navigate legal risk while supporting its growth objectives.
