Cooley LLP’s General Corporate practice group is recruiting 3L law students (JD 2027) to join the entry level class in our Boston, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, DC offices. W e are recruiting 2027 JD graduates for this position. Recruiter submissions will not be accepted. The ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is important. Prior corporate or transactional experience is helpful but not required. Ideal candidates will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school The expected salary for this position is $225,000.
