As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced General Construction Superintendent to join our Charlotte team and help drive successful, safe, and efficient project execution.

What You'll Do:
As the on-site leader, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring each project stays on track, meets quality expectations, and aligns with our commitment to safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and crew coordination

• Enforce compliance with all safety standards and building codes

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects

• Manage equipment, materials, and subcontractors to optimize workflow

• Prepare accurate daily progress reports and address issues promptly

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven commercial construction experience, with strong supervisory background (civil experience is a plus)

• Effective leadership and clear written and communication skills

• OSHA 30 certification

• Ability to read and interpret architectural/structuralblueprints and technical documents (some MEP blueprint reading is a plus)

• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability under pressure

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
