Construction Ready Trainee (Earn While You Learn)

Ready to start a career in construction—even if you've never worked in the industry? CBRE is looking for motivated individuals to join the Meta America's Workforce Academy (AWA) Construction Ready Pathway. This paid training program prepares you for a full-time career helping build America’s AI infrastructure. No previous construction experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to succeed.
