Job summary

CBRE, in partnership with Meta's America’s Workforce Academy, offers a Construction Ready Pathway that trains you for an entry-level construction career. No prior experience required, with four weeks of paid training at $25.00/hour.

Local participants commute daily; non-local may receive travel and lodging coverage during training. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Four-week, full-time paid training provided through the program.
• Willing and able to perform physical, hands-on construction tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely work on active commercial construction sites.
• Read and follow construction plans and instructions.
• Use common hand and power tools safely.
• Assist with material handling, site prep and installation work.
• Support framing, concrete, carpentry, finishing or other activities as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow OSHA and site safety requirements daily.
