We are seeking General Construction Laborers for a modular home manufacturer in Indianapolis. Positions are on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse. Candidates must have their own nail pouch, tape measure, utility knife, and hammer.

Open Positions:

• Trim/Frame Carpenters
• Drywall Installers
• Electricians
• Plumbers
• HVAC Technicians
• AC/Furnace Installers
• Exterior Painters
• Roofers/Ceiling Installers
• Final Finishers

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of construction experience in residential drywall, carpentry, trim carpentry, finish carpentry, painting, HVAC, AC/furnace installation, roofing, or ceiling work
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Physical stamina to stand, squat, bend, twist, and reach overhead for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
