We are currently looking for General Carpenters/ Concrete Form Carpenter to join our team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must possess competence in the following areas:
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and prints
  • Build and/or assemble wood or metal forms for the construction of concrete floors, slabs, walls, columns, tilt walls, elevated concrete slabs, etc.
  • Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using a ruler, pencil, chalk and marking gauge
  • Verify trueness of structure, using a plumb bob and level
  • Assembles cut and shaped materials and fastens them together with nails, dowel pins , or glue
  • Tying rebar
  • Build concrete forms; set and place forms to proper elevations and locations
  • Create structures for pouring concrete; general concrete experience
  • When not performing the above mentions essential duties and responsibilities, may assist in other operations as designated by supervisor.
  • Ability to exert heavy physical effort, handling average weigh objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to kneel, crouch, balance, climb or crawl
  • Prepare the layout of the project
  • Check work along the way to ensure it’s up to code and specifications
  • Ensure equipment is all in safe working condition
  • Responsible for observing and complying with all safety policies and guidelines

Pay: Prevailing wage

Schedule: Monday- Thursday; 10 hours per day

Pre-employment drug screen, physical and criminal background check required.
