Job summary

Environmental Service Systems, LLC is seeking a General Cleaner to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of client site areas. The role requires flexibility to handle assigned duties per client specifications across buildings and facilities.

Responsibilities include floor care, restroom maintenance, trash disposal, window cleaning, carpet care, and following safety procedures. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with on-site work and opportunities for training and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or six months janitorial experience.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, and entrances.
• Empty trash and use of compactor for certain materials.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners and equipment.
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet extractions and shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow housekeeping schedules.
• Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and buffers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by client needs.
