Responsibilities

• Clean interior of buildings including floors, carpets, windows, walls and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors across offices, hallways, lobbies and common areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors; manage trash and recycling containers.
• Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or maintenance needs.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and close doors at the end of shift.
