SERVPRO Team Dobson in Youngstown, OH, is seeking an Evening General Cleaner to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming university facilities at Youngstown State University. You will perform routine janitorial and custodial tasks with reliability and attention to detail.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–1:30 AM, full-time with no overtime. Successful candidates demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and professional communication while following SERVPRO guidelines and safety standards.

SERVPRO Team Dobson is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Evening General Cleaner to join our team at Youngstown State University. As an Evening General Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of university facilities by performing routine janitorial and custodial services. Successful candidates are dependable, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Primary Responsibilities and Expectations include, but are not limited to:

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop all flooring.
• Dust work surfaces, furniture, equipment, and high‑touch areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including fixtures, partitions, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
• Restock restroom supplies (paper products and soap).
• Clean entrance glass, interior glass, and reflective surfaces.
• Remove trash and recyclables; replace liners as needed.
• Report building or equipment maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain an organized janitorial inventory; restock supplies and equipment as needed.
• Keep cleaning equipment clean, safe, and functional.Follow all cleaning schedules, work orders, and SERVPRO® guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with staff and management.
• Ensure all completed tasks meet high cleanliness and safety standards.
• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with supervisors, technicians, and the site manager.
• Work cooperatively with team members to ensure facility cleanliness standards are met.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and in SERVPRO uniform.
• Able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and crouching for the duration of the shift.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM | No overtime required | This is a Full-Time Position.
