Job summary

Vonachen Group in Plymouth, IN is seeking a dependable General Cleaner to provide high-quality janitorial services for our facilities. You will perform routine cleaning, maintain supply rooms, and help keep a safe, welcoming environment for staff and visitors. This part-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7 AM–12 PM, at a rate of $17 per hour.

Daily Pay is available; 401(k) eligibility starts after 60 days of employment. Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitorial supply rooms.
• Inform management of safety hazards and needed repairs.
• Monitor building security by locking doors after hours.
• Perform additional duties and trainings as assigned by the supervisor.

The General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities:

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
