Job summary

Team MJV is seeking reliable Team Members for cleaning duties across Indiana and Michigan. No prior experience is required as our Trainers will train you; recent entrants from retail or service settings have joined successfully.

The role focuses on general cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining wellness at client sites. We offer flexible schedules, with options for part-time or full-time shifts and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• General cleaners ensure wellness at the sites they clean by using proper procedures and chemicals learned through paid on-the-job training.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and wear needed protective gear.
• Ability to handle routine cleaning tasks consistently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, emptying trash, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing designated areas.
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies as trained.
• Follow on-the-job safety protocols and report issues to supervisors.
