Job summary

Team MJV is seeking dependable Team Members for commercial cleaning across Indiana and Michigan. No prior experience required as trainers will train you on-site. We offer paid on-the-job training, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement or referrals with bonuses.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. This is a full and part-time role with 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts and weekends to fit YOUR needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial janitorial cleaning using proper procedures and chemicals.
• Maintain wellness at sites through safe, thorough cleaning practices.

General Cleaners ensure wellness at their sites by using proper procedures and chemicals learned through paid on-the-job training of commercial janitorial cleaning.
